Dominik brings a deep sense of heritage to his work. Raised on the family estate in northern Germany, he developed a sensitivity to good design from an early age. His mother developed his keen instinct for the family antiques and well-edited classical interiors, while his architect father instilled an appreciation for the practical beauty of the modern.  Dominik went on to study art history in Cologne, London, and Florence before coming to the United States to embark on a modeling career.  Returning to his roots in design, he opened his first antique store in Newport, Rhode Island and launched a 25 year career creating crisp, comfortable spaces with an irreplaceable sense of presence.
